Alice Leeper

Alice Leeper moved from Oregon to Aspen, Colorado, in 1973 to enjoy the powdery snow and then discovered the summers were also fabulous. She worked as a maid, waitress, and, a few years later, in property management. She started selling real estate in 1979 and has enjoyed it ever since. She and her family moved to Ouray in 1994 as they preferred this great school for their 3 children and the small town atmosphere of Ouray. She began working with Ouray Realty and became an owner in 1996. She specialized in Residential properties and Property Management. As Ouray is a small county, she also became proficient in selling vacant land, mining claims, and commercial properties. After selling the business, working under other brokers in Ouray, and traveling a bit with her husband, she is now delighted to be a part of Ouray Real Estate Corp.

 

Alice is an easy-going, knowledgeable Broker who loves to help people find the property that matches their needs and desires. Her outgoing, friendly spirit welcomes all to enjoy the beauty and novelties of Ouray County. Alice loves hiking, jeeping, and cross-country skiing in the mountains. She is a member of the Ouray Women’s Club and volunteers at the Ouray Visitor’s Center. She has been married ofor ver 40 years, has 3 children (all backcountry enthusiasts), 3 granddaughters, and a wonderful golden retriever.
